Le Laboratoire Residency: Franck Bedrossian Portrait Concert

As part of our residency at Le Laboratoire, we have been able from time to time to produce portrait concerts. Our event surrounding the work of Franck Bedrossian connected to the opening of a new exhibit by the French collaborative group Millemetre. The audience stood while performances happened, one by one, at different stations throughout the gallery. The sonic and spatial experience, combined with the attentiveness of a standing audience, created an intense and beautiful atmosphere unlike what one would experience at a concert space.
